Talk
Talking is a powerful way to work in Telemore AI—turning spoken thoughts into clear, structured text. Whether you're capturing ideas mid-flow, talking through a concept, or summarizing a meeting to yourself, voice transcription helps you think out loud without losing a word.
With a simple keyboard shortcut—Alt + Z
(or Option + Z
for Mac)—you can start recording your microphone at any time. Speak naturally, then press the shortcut again to stop. Telemore automatically transcribes your voice and copy & pastes the text output to add to any application.
This feature is perfect for hands-free note-taking, idea capture, or quick self-briefings, helping you move faster without switching tools or interrupting your flow.
In private beta, Telemore is also launching a voice agent—an intelligent AI coach you can talk to conversationally. This future feature will let you speak naturally and receive real-time feedback, suggestions, or planning support through voice—ideal for guided strategy, reflection, or decision-making.

[Beta] Receive a call from our Voice agent
In private beta, Telemore is introducing a voice agent—an intelligent, conversational AI coach designed to fundamentally change how you work. This isn’t just a voice assistant; it’s a hands-free partner that understands your tasks, documents, and context. You can speak to it naturally—like you would with a teammate—and it will guide you through planning, strategy, problem-solving, or even just organizing your thoughts out loud.
The voice agent can surface relevant documents, suggest next steps based on your active tasks, and help you work through complex ideas in real time. It’s an intuitive, fluid experience that blends conversation with action—bridging the gap between thinking and doing. Whether you're refining a product strategy, reviewing research, or mapping out priorities, the voice agent brings a more human, interactive layer to your workflow—making AI feel less like a tool and more like a creative collaborator.
To start a voice call:
- Navigate to the Talk section
- Verify your phone number
- Select your desired agent, and add optional meeting notes to guide the conversation
- Click the phone icon to receive a call
- Answer your phone and start talking
Call Features and Helpful Tips
Telemore AI's calling features are designed to make every conversation more purposeful, organized, and productive. Whether you're preparing for a coaching session with the voice agent or just leaving notes for a strategy discussion, here are the key tools and tips to get the most out of your calls:
📞 Context-Aware Call Setup
Before starting a call, you can select the caller, add meeting notes, and link a relevant task. This ensures your conversation is grounded in context—so both you and your assistant know exactly what the call is about. You can use this to focus on a goal, such as refining a campaign strategy or reviewing a design decision.
📝 Pre-Call Notes
Use the Meeting Notes field to jot down what you want to cover. This gives your AI assistant or voice agent a head start in helping you focus, offer tailored suggestions, or guide you through the discussion with clear intent.
🗂️ Task + Document Integration
During the call, Telemore's assistant can reference your active tasks and documents. If you’ve linked a task or are discussing a project you're already working on, it will surface relevant context to help you move forward—whether that means clarifying next steps or drafting new ideas live.
💡 Pro Tips
- Use pre-call notes to guide your focus—it makes the AI more helpful and goal-oriented.
- Combine transcription with document creation to capture and structure ideas without typing.
- For private conversations or thinking aloud, transcription mode offers a quiet, powerful way to reflect and write by voice.
With these features, Telemore transforms calls from passive conversations into active, AI-supported working sessions. Due to capacity constraints at this time, calls are capped at 5 mins long and have tiered usage baesd on your subscription plan.
