Welcome to Telemore AI — intelligent workforce management that combines a full productivity workspace with analytics, security monitoring, and knowledge management.
Quick Start
- Sign in at app.telemore.ai or download the desktop app
- Create your account and verify your email
- Start with Tasks — your starter project is pre-seeded with 3 tasks and a getting-started document
- Explore the sidebar to discover all workspace features
- Managers and admins: check out Analytics, Knowledge, and Admin in the sidebar
First-Run Experience
Starter Project
New users are automatically seeded with:
- 3 starter tasks: a Welcome task with a feature overview, an "Explore the AI assistant" task, and a "Set your first goal" task
- 1 getting-started document with a brief HTML overview of the platform
Seeding runs JIT (just-in-time) on first login when the user has 0 tasks and 0 documents.
Guided Tour
On first visit, a guided tour walks you through 8 key areas:

The tour uses a spotlight mask with a cutout highlighting each target element. It auto-starts 800ms after first load and is marked complete in localStorage('tm_tour_completed'). You can dismiss it at any time.
Import Wizard
If you're migrating from another tool, click Import in the empty-state dashboard:

The wizard uploads the file to goSvc.importNotion() or goSvc.importClickUp() and reports the count of imported tasks and documents.
